Due to a recent change in NASCAR sanctioning rules and fees, Cedar Lake Speedway is proud to announce that ALL races in 2013 are NASCAR sanctioned and will reward points for the nearly $25,000 track point fund.  This includes any indoor races with the Hornet class. Drivers will also earn points for NASCAR's State and National points competion that pays $10s of thousands of dollars.

Similar to prior years, ALL drivers will need to purchase a NASCAR license. For each license purchased Cedar Lake will purchase up to 3 pit crew licenses for you for FREE! There are also 10 day temporary licenses available for $25 ($50 for late models) for those who will not race regularly at the track. CLS will purchase a license for any drivers that attend the Legendary 100 that do not already have one.

We are excited for this change as it eliminates any confusion as to which nights are points races and which are not. We are also confident that drivers will benefit by earning additonal point fund money from NASCAR.
