All riders and spectators over 18 are required to sign a release form at sign-up each time they visit the arena.
All riders and spectators under 18 are required to have a parent or legal guardian present at time of sign-up to sign a Minor Release Form each time they visit the arena.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR MINORS:All riders and spectators under the age of 18 without a parent or guardian present are required to provide a Notarized Minor Release Form at time of sign-up. This is required each time you visit the arena to ride or spectate.We are unable to make any exceptions to this policy. Forms MUST be NOTARIZED and printed in COLOR. YOU CAN PRINT THE WAIVER BY CLICKING ON THE .PDF ON THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE.
RIDING RULES
Waivers are required at time of sign-up – See Release Forms & Waivers above
Participants must purchase a wristband before entering the pits with any equipment
No riding in the pits OR outside the facility – Engines must remain off unless on the track
No fuel cans inside the facility
Riders must obey all caution flags
Riders must walk bikes to and from starting gate
Safety gear must be worn at all times while on the track
Practice is divided based on class and ability – riders must ride a single class per rotation
No cutting the track
No alcohol consumption allowed by any rider – wristband will be cut at time of serving for anyone of legal age who would like to purchase alcohol
Disrespectful or unsportsmanlike conduct may result in ejection from the premises
FACILITY RULES
No outside food or drinks allowed in the facility
No smoking allowed in facility
No animals allowed in facility except for designated service animals
Wristbands are required at all times for daily practice, race entry, and admission – loss of wristband will result in repurchase
No Alcohol allowed in the pit or track areas
Shirt and shoes required at all times
Cedar Lake Arena is not responsible for lost or stolen property
Cedar Lake Arena reserves the right to refuse service
