Who's Who of Midget Racing Registered to Compete at Sasquatch Indoor Nationals!

By Jamie Nutzmann, 02/06/13, 8:45PM CST

The 2013 Jack Link’s Sasquatch Indoor Nationals marks the return of indoor midget auto racing to the area after nearly five years!  The Badger Midget Series will sanction the two-day event indoors at the Cedar Lake Arena’s fifth-mile dirt oval on March 9 and 10.

The newly renovated arena, formerly the Sandbox, hosts motocross events through February. The track’s jumps and dips will be groomed into a smooth, slightly banked fifth-mile oval just in time to welcome some of the wildest open-wheel competitors on the planet. The last indoor auto race featured great side-by-side competitive racing, and provided a much-needed fix of auto racing for fans during the winter months. Racing enthusiasts can expect an upgraded ventilation system, and tons of competitive entrants, as well as a unique and fun experience, courtesy of Jack Link’s Beef Jerky.

A stacked field of Midget drivers has already inked their name to the competitor list for the event at the Cedar Lake Arena.  Late in January Cedar Lake management began accepting registrations for 30 coveted spots in the field and the country’s best drivers responded quickly filling the field with a who’s who of open wheel Midget competitors!

Race fans attending the Jack Link’s Beef Jerky Sasquatch Indoor Nationals on March 9 & 10 will see many of the best competitors from around the country including:
